Nestled in the heart of the Smokies, Hawk's Crest Landing is a haven of tranquility, full of light — offering a perfect escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Tastefully renovated with modern amenities, our properties are located in a peaceful setting, yet less than 15 minutes from the Parkway, with tons of attractions, restaurants, and shops.
The estate consists of two completely independent homes — the Main House (Hawk's Crest Landing I) and the Guest House (Hawk's Crest Landing II) — accessible via a dirt road at the end of a dead-end road. While both homes enjoy completely private backyards, hot tubs, and dedicated spaces, they share the overall property acreage.
After a fun-filled day visiting the area, enjoy the quiet of the mountains in the hot tub, lounge on the porch swing, or relax by the fireplace. It is the absolute perfect setup for multi-generational family vacations, group reunions, or multiple families traveling together who want to vacation under one roof while maintaining completely separate living quarters.

Black Bears
- Never feed or approach bears — it is illegal and dangerous
- Store all food, trash, and scented items in the provided bear-resistant containers
- Do not leave food or coolers outside unattended, even briefly
- If a bear approaches, make yourself large, make noise, and back away slowly
Local Wildlife
- Deer, wild turkeys, and foxes are common — enjoy from a distance
- Check for ticks after spending time outdoors — wear long sleeves on trails
- Copperhead snakes may be present — watch your step on rocks and logs
- Keep pets on a leash and supervise children near wooded areas
General Safety
- Mountain roads can be steep and winding — drive slowly, especially at night
- Weather can change quickly — check forecasts before hiking or outdoor activities
